Our company has the great privilege to collaborate with leading companies all over the world.
The long years experience gained permitted 3L.P. GAS – Gruppo RV to design and construct great L.P.G. storage plants among which COASTAL DEPOTS.
3L.P. GAS – Gruppo RV, is partner to tanks’ construction company qualified to manufacture tanks up to 2000 MT, both spherical and horizontal type. In addition to the tank, we supplied all the materials necessary for the construction at site and supervision of our qualified personnel during installation activities as well as the final training.
In addition, we developed the L.P.G. transferring units through the installation of centrifugal pumps and volumetric compressors together with their respective explosion proof (ATEX) electrical panels with start/stop buttons and safety/blocking devices.
In service of COASTAL DEPOTS, we constructed and installed coolers (with seawater pumping units) necessary to transform the product stored inside the gas tankers rendering them suitable for L.P.G. transportation at atmospherical pressure.
For the port’s storage tanks loading and unloading from the gas tankers or vice-versa, we installed motorized metallic loading arms with remote control system.
We also installed smaller metallic loading arms to connect the road tankers and train tankers to the plant’s storage tanks for loading and unloading operation.
The constant seriousness applied by 3L.P. GAS – Gruppo RV in the research of latest solutions and modern instrumentation, permits us to install devices and instrumentations that guarantee the maximum safety level.
This is the reason why the electric control panels we realize (using the latest explosion proof materials, suitable and certified for hazardous areas installation) , are put in communication with the gas leakage system in order to manage efficiently any emergency.
We realize, according to our client’s taste and desire, the software to be installed in the control room for the monitoring of the plant’s situation visualizing continously the level, temperature and pressure of the L.P.G inside the tank as well as any alarm or fault coming from the whole plant.
